WAS ZU TUN IN BLANES?
Hey! Hello Friends,
I'm going to tell you everything you might want to know about Blanes...
Blanes is a coastal town, charming, dynamic, modern and has countless things to do.
As well as being located here on the coast, there are plenty of ways to get in and out without any problems. There is a RENFE station where you can take the train straight to Girona or Barcelona or stop at any small town along the coast. There are also several bus lines that can take you all through the town, to adjoining towns (Lloret, Tossa or Malgrat, Pineda, Calella ...) and as far as Girona or Barcelona.
Before telling you about Blanes, it's important for you to know when you'll be coming. In general, the climate is usually mild due to the location along the coast and the average annual temperature is 16ºC, it hardly ever rains. The prevailing winds are from the SW (Garbi) and the SE (Xaloc) although in winter, the Levante - which usually brings with it persistent rains, the Tramontana - which is a light breeze - or even the hot Poniente can blow through the area.
Make sure you check when you'll be coming to avoid any surprises: www.eltiempo.es/blanes.html
Blanes has a wide range of hotels, campsites and apartments to spend your holidays such as our "Sabanell Central Park" where we guarantee you'll enjoy your stay... or you can even find apartments or houses if you are thinking or have ever thought about coming to live out here someday.
